Final Examination Topics:
- Material for Test 1 and question(s) from Test 1, its review sheet, and corresponding quizzes and worksheet.
- Material for Test 2 and question(s) from Test 2, its review sheet, and corresponding quizzes and worksheets (including Sheet #283).
- Material on linear models after Test 2, including corresponding quiz and worksheets.
- The Practice Workbook may help as well.
- If you do the review questions, they cover the majority of the examination topics.
Format:
- 120 minutes. Not fully twice as long as Test 2. Similar style as Test 1 and Test 2. There will be word problems.
- Calculator allowed. Some questions will ask you to show algebra (show work). You can always cross check with the calculator.
- It can help if you know the calculator keystrokes for exponents, simplifying fractions, absolute value, graphing, tables, finding zeros, etc.
- Allowed: a hand-written one-sided 11''×8.5'' page [not 8-point typed font]. No worked-out problems on the formula sheet! If you have doubts about what you can put on the sheet, check with the teacher the day before the Final Examination. Turn it in with the examination.
- Partial credit will be given. There will be no test corrections.
